Michael Rosen’s piece in the Guardian (‘Dear Ms Morgan: in grammar there isn’t always one right answer’, 3 November 2015) raises interesting questions about the Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling (GPaS) test, more popularly called the SPaG test.
